CityCAD 2.0.5 Released
September 8, 2010

Holistic City Software has released CityCAD 2.0.5, the latest version of the urban design software tool. This is a maintenance release, meaning there aren't any significant new features, but our development team have made several improvements and fixes.
Revised City Design Reference Library
The Online Database is now linked to the new City Design Reference Library, and allows you to access relevant case studies of urban streets, urban spaces and housing projects.
For example, if you sketched an urban space in CityCAD that was about 0.4ha in size, the online database could provide you with a list of real-world urban spaces of about the same size.

Add DXF Base Maps to 2D drawing
A minor improvement is that if you have imported any DXF Base Maps, you can now display these in 2D plan diagrams displayed in the 2D window.
Fixes
Our development team has also made several minor fixes and improvements. For example, some users also reported occasional faults with shadows not appearing in exported images, and this issue has now been resolved.
